Description

Based on a traditional twill construction, Wave achieves its striking ombré effect by gradually shifting weaves. Our signature bi-color extruded yarns are woven in such a unique way that the color seems to appear and disappear, breaking up the undulating lines.

Materials

  • Phthalate-free TerraStrand yarns and synthetic latex; rug contains a minimum of 18% recycled content and a minimum of 8% rapidly renewable content.
  • Runner widths vary by length: the 6' runner is 2'2" wide, and the 9' runner is 2'6" wide.
  • Production tolerance allows for +/- 2'' overall.

Custom

  • All custom floor mats feature a latex backing and self-bound edges.
  • Custom mats are made with a size tolerance of +/- 1/2" in either direction, 1''.
  • Lead time for custom woven floor mats is approximately 3 weeks.
  • As with all woven textiles, slight variations in texture and pattern alignment may occur. For seamed items, patterns may not align perfectly.
  • Special shapes require a template or CAD file for production.
  • All custom orders are final sale.

U.S. Returns:

  • To process your return, visit our Returns Portal. 
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the item’s ship date. 
  • Please note that all returns are subject to a return shipping fee. Original shipping and freight charges are non-refundable. 
  • Items must be returned in unused condition, with all original labels and/or tags attached. Items not returned in as-new, unused condition may be refused.
  • If returning a woven floor mat, please re-roll it with the woven (fabric) side facing out.
  • If returning placemats, please lay them flat.
  • Any oversized rugs that require a special shipping method will be charged a 15% return fee. To schedule an oversized rug return please submit a support request or reach out to us via email:  customerservice@chilewich.com.
