Description

At once realistic and playfully stylized, Rose is a celebration of the timeless flower through a single high-centered bloom. Graphic lines and modern metallic hues add dimension to layers of opened petals, which give the rounded shape an organic character.

  • To clean, simply wipe with soap, water, and a soft sponge/cloth.
  • Standard antibacterial cleanser can also be used. Wipe stainless steel with dry cloth and allow textile insert to air dry.
  • Machine washing or dishwasher use is not recommended.
  • Permanent stains may result when certain food or liquids are left on the textile of stainless steel napkin rings for long periods before cleaning. This is more likely to occur with lighter-colored textiles.
  • Do not soak for prolonged periods in hot water (maximum 160°F/70°C) or use harsh chemicals.

U.S. Returns:

  • To process your return, visit our Returns Portal. 
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the item’s ship date. 
  • Please note that all returns are subject to a return shipping fee. Original shipping and freight charges are non-refundable. 
  • Items must be returned in unused condition, with all original labels and/or tags attached. Items not returned in as-new, unused condition may be refused.
  • If returning a woven floor mat, please re-roll it with the woven (fabric) side facing out.
  • If returning placemats, please lay them flat.
  • Any oversized rugs that require a special shipping method will be charged a 15% return fee. To schedule an oversized rug return please submit a support request or reach out to us via email:  customerservice@chilewich.com.
