Description

This indoor/outdoor mat combines the richly textured look of natural fibers with the durability and easy maintenance of all things Chilewich. It is made in the USA from recycled plastic bottles and is strengthened by a sturdy non-slip backing. Quick to dry, it resists shedding, fading, staining, moisture damage, and mold.

Care Instructions

Shake out, sweep, vacuum, or hose off and hang to dry. To deep clean, hand wash with water and gentle detergent, allowing mat to air-dry completely before replacing. Avoid placing in contact with rubber, including rubber flooring. Lift mat occasionally to allow airflow between it and the underlying surface.

U.S. Returns:

  • To process your return, visit our Returns Portal. 
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the item’s ship date. 
  • Please note that all returns are subject to a return shipping fee. Original shipping and freight charges are non-refundable. 
  • Items must be returned in unused condition, with all original labels and/or tags attached. Items not returned in as-new, unused condition may be refused.
  • If returning a woven floor mat, please re-roll it with the woven (fabric) side facing out.
  • If returning placemats, please lay them flat.
  • Any oversized rugs that require a special shipping method will be charged a 15% return fee. To schedule an oversized rug return please submit a support request or reach out to us via email:  customerservice@chilewich.com.
