Sushi Roku is located in the Forum Shops at Caesars in Las Vegas, NV, USA. Opened in 2004, the restaurant encompasses a 3,500 sq. ft. space designed by Dodd Mitchell of DMD & Associates. The head sushi chef, Haruhiko Takeshita, combines traditional sushi with California innovation for his edible works of art. The restaurant won numerous awards over the years including “Best Japanese” in Las Vegas Life Magazine. Overlooking the Las Vegas Strip, the interiors reflect traditional Japanese eatery style utilizing natural materials, waterfalls and antique Buddhas. Chilewich Basketweave placemats in Bark were chosen to complement the Asian aesthetic of the restaurant.
