Hôtel Metropole was built in 1886 in the Belle Époque-style and was a world-renowned luxury destination on the French Riviera. In 2004, the hotel was mindfully refurbished upholding the original concept of luxury, while adding more modern conveniences for guests to enjoy. In 2010 the hotel received the highest award in the hospitality industry as “Best Hotel in the World” from The Leading Hotels of the World.  In addition to the world-class setting, the hotel also offers exceptional dining experiences including the main hotel restaurant from  Joël Robuchon and YOSHI, Robuchon’s very first Japanese restaurant (created with Takéo Yamazaki and Christophe Cussac).
ODYSSEY, a concept created by renowned designer Karl Lagerfeld features a new swimming pool and Robuchon’s third restaurant in the hotel. Exclusive access to the space is restricted to hotel residents and Odyssey club members. The restaurant, featuring Chilewich placemats, offers an alfresco dining experience with refined Mediterranean cuisine.
