Indochine Restaurant is located at the Delaire Graff Estate in Stellenbosch on the Western Cape of Africa. The Estate was opened in 2003 and is known as a premier art, hospitality and wine destination. The grounds feature lodges, a spa, two restaurants, winery, contemporary art collection, gardens and more. Head chef, Virgil Kahn, presents a menu of Asian-inspired cuisine at Indochine and often includes fresh, organic produce from the Estate greenhouse. Diners can enjoy contemporary décor inside or wraparound views of the valley towards Table Mountain outside.
Chilewich Bamboo placemats in Jet Black were chosen to complement the modern aesthetic of the restaurant.
