Castille, part of the STARHOTELS group, is a five-star luxury hotel located in the 2st arrondissement in Paris, France. The recently renovated property combines French and Italian style housed in 18th Century architecture. At the hotel’s Italian restaurant, L’Assaggio, guests can dine indoors or al fresco taking in views of the Roman fountain. Chilewich placemats, suitable for indoor and outdoor use, were selected for the patio dining area at the restaurant.
