Located in New York City, the Auden Bistro & Bar is part of The Ritz-Carlton New York, Central Park Hotel. The dining space, which overlooks Sixth Avenue, was designed by The Rockwell Group and features an open-plan layout for the lobby lounge, bar and restaurant. Chef Mark Arnao offers a refined adaptation of traditional cuisine using regionally sourced ingredients and sustainable seafood. "Auden" means old friend and the décor throughout the bistro and bar was selected to convey this atmosphere in a classic style. Chilewich Bamboo placemats in Brick are used on tables during the day to create a casual dining experience. In the evening the tables are dressed with the more formal Tuxedo Stripe custom-sized Tête-à-Têtes in Silver.
