Shipping Methods

We offer three shipping methods—Standard, Next Day Air and Second Day Air. For orders to Canada, we only offer Expedited. Items will always be shipped by UPS.

Standard Delivery

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 business days (business days include Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). In some cases, placemats, woven mats, utility mats, bags, iPhone Cases and other merchandise may be shipped early, but other times in may be shipped later than anticipated, depending on the size of your order. Once the item is shipped, it should arrive within 4-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your item has shipped with the tracking number.

Expedited Delivery

There are two options if you would like your items expedited to you. Next Day Air will arrive one night after the item is shipped. Second Day Air will take two days to arrive.

The times listed below estimate the expected number of business days it will take for in-stock merchandise to be shipped. The table below is estimated shipping times. You will be notified when your order has shipped.

Gift Boxes

We can put most of our placemats, all our napkins and napkin rings and also iPhone Cases and some zips into a gift box. You can select whether you want a gift box on the last page of the checkout screen.

Gift Messages

You can create a personalized gift message on the Shipping Information page during Checkout whether you have selected a gift box or not. Your message will be printed on the invoice and will be included with your shipment.

International Shipping

At this time we can only ship to Canada and the United States. Please look at our store locator to find a store near you. If it is shipping to Canada, please see the pricing for shipping below. At this time, the only option is UPS Expedited, which will cover brokerage fees and duty at the border. If you have any questions, please call 888-851-7130.
